The entrance to an allotment that was a favourite spot for a man who died after being attacked in a park has been named in his honour.
Bhim Kohli, 80, died in September 2024 after he was punched and kicked by a teenage boy at Franklin Park in Braunstone Town, Leicestershire, while a girl filmed the attack.
A year on from his death, a sign on a gate to the allotments where he made "so many joyful memories" was unveiled by his family.
Speaking at the unveiling, Mr Kohli's daughter, Susan, said her dad was "one in a million".

She added: "The allotment committee, I can't thank you enough for naming the gate after my dad, which you have chosen to call Bhim's Gate.
"Dad would be looking down thinking 'oh my God guys, why have you made such a fuss?'
"But why not? Because he was one in a million."
Mr Kohli had been walking his dog Rocky when he was subjected to the "seven-and-a-half minute period of continuing aggression".
The boy and girl, now aged 15 and 13 respectively, were both convicted of manslaughter in April.
Flowering cherry trees have been planted in the park with the help of funds raised by the community and well-wishers.
White footprints have also been painted on the ground, leading from the Kohli family home to the allotments.
