A man is set to appear in court charged with manslaughter following the death of a fellow intruder during a burglary in Nottinghamshire.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said Mason Meanwell, 25, had been charged after the death of 22-year-old Taylor Green, who died after being found unresponsive in Lodge Lane in Tuxford on 25 February.
Mr Meanwell, of Byron Close in Newark, admitted aggravated burglary on 9 April. He has now been charged with manslaughter and will appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Friday.
The householder will not face any charges in relation to the death, the CPS added.
Rachel Dean, of the CPS, said: "Our prosecutors have worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to bring the case to trial and that it is in the public interest to pursue criminal proceedings.
"We have worked closely with Nottinghamshire Police as they carried out their investigation."
