Arson inquiry after police van set on fire

The van had been left unattended due to icy road conditions, police said

An arson investigation has been launched after a police van left unattended in icy conditions caught fire.
Officers were alerted to the fire on Brow Lane in Bradford just before 16:00 GMT on Friday, West Yorkshire Police said. Fire crews also attended.
Police said the vehicle had been parked due to road conditions in the ongoing cold snap, and confirmed a "crime of arson has been recorded".
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
