A 15-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of rape in Worcester.
West Mercia Police said it happened in Cripplegate Park at about 02:00 BST on Sunday.
A 31-year-old man, who was also arrested on suspicion of rape, has been released without charge.
The force is appealing for two people who helped the victim, a 17-year-old girl, following the incident to come forward.
"They are described as a man and woman, both around 18 years old, and were in Cripplegate Park at the time," said Det Supt Tony Garner.
"They are not in any trouble, but we are keen to identify them, as they may have important evidence which will help with our investigation.
"I would like to reassure you that we no longer believe there is any threat to the wider public."
The 15-year-old remains in police custody.
