Police are appealing for witnesses after five people, including three children, were taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle crash.

Warwickshire Police were called to the M6 northbound at junction two, at Ansty near Coventry, at around 10:59 BST.

The collision was between three vans and a car, and two adults and three children were taken to hospital for further treatment.

The force is appealing for any information or dashcam footage the public may have of the incident.

West Midlands Ambulance Service said the children, two girls and a boy, were treated for injuries not thought to be serious.

The junction was closed while the scene was cleared, but it has since re-opened.
