Man released after Devon M5 fatal crash arrest

The road was partially shut for about 15 hours

A man who was arrested following a fatal crash on the M5 in Devon has been released under investigation, police have said.
Devon and Cornwall Police said a man in his 30s, from Plymouth, died at the scene of one of the two crashes near Willand on Thursday night, while four people were taken to hospital.
Supt Joe Mathews said the road was partially closed for about 15 hours, as well as completely closed for some time after another crash in the area, resulting in large traffic delays.
The force said a man, in his 40s, from the Cullompton area, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
