Organisers of the first East Coast Pride in Skegness said they were "overwhelmed" with the support it received.
Bradley Johnson from East Coast Pride said he did not expect the event to be “this popular”, adding it had been “really well received by the community”.
The event took place on Saturday across five zones in the town with the main stage on Grand Parade.
The UK touring and West End show, Queenz! headlined at the event.
Organisers said people had travelled to the event from Birmingham, Glasgow, Brighton and London.
“We didn’t expect it to be this popular,” Mr Johnson said.
“Everyone was there for fun and it was really well received by the community.”
Pride producer Matt Dickinson, who was born in Skegness, said: “The support was phenomenal."
“Skegness has a rich history of cabaret and theatre and we know how to put a show on.”
Peter Howe, aka drag queen Beardry Barlow, said: “Queenz was the best finale that we could have had for our first year.”
“Love is love”, he said. “Pride is accepted. Just be accepting. And if you need support, ask for it. Love you all. Happy pride!”.
