'No change' after Sark's general election recount

The government in Sark said there had been "no change" to the results for the general election which took place on Wednesday.

The recount took place on Thursday at 18:00 GMT which revealed the final result, external of the nine new members of the chief pleas.

Conseiller elect Michael Locke topped the election with 179 votes.

The results showed there were 240 papers issued, the number of spoilt papers was four and the turn out was 66%.
