Six arrested after teen seriously hurt in stabbing

Six people have been arrested after a 16-year-old boy was seriously injured in a stabbing in York.
North Yorkshire Police said officers were called to Baker Street in Clifton at 19:30 BST on Thursday.
The teenager was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition, the force said.
Five men aged 42, 40, 37, 30 and 23, along with a 41-year-old woman, had since been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent, police said, with all currently held in police custody.
Ch Insp Ryan Chapman, said: "I know people will be shocked when they hear about what happened last night.
"We understand this is an extremely concerning incident and extra police patrols have been put in place to provide reassurance to the local community."
Those with information, doorbell or dashcam footage were asked to contact the force.
