Four men in court charged with murdering man

The four defendants are due to next appear at Exeter Crown Court in July

Four men have appeared in court charged with murdering a man who died in a garden in Devon.
The 24-year-old man died from a stab wound in the garden of a property at Ashfield Close, Exmouth, on Saturday. Police were called at about 00:45 BST to reports of an assault. The man died at the scene.
Zac Davies, 23, of Hawthorn Grove, Exmouth; Dylan Chadwick, 23, of Cambourne Avenue, St Helens, Merseyside; Ben Mason, 23, of no fixed abode; and Thomas Ward, 24, of Russell Walk, Exeter, appeared at Exeter Crown Court.
The four defendants were all remanded into custody to appear at the same court for a plea and trial preparation hearing in July.
