The service said it received a 999 call regarding "smoke coming from the rear" at about 18:00 BST on Sunday.
It said two additional fire appliances from St Columb and St Dennis were mobilised, alongside support vehicles from Launceston and St Austell.
Firefighters said the blaze was extinguished by about 18:50 BST and all appliances returned to their home stations.
