Suspicious package found at police station

The roads around the police station were closed as the area was made safe

A 37-year-old man has been arrested after the discovery of a suspicious package at a police station.
Emergency services were called to Swansea Central Police Station at about 07:25 BST on Friday and police cordoned off surrounding streets Grove Place and Mount Pleasant.
The package was declared safe by specialist South Wales Police officers shortly before 09:45 BST and the roads reopened.
A man was arrested on suspicion of communication of false information, police said.
