A railway station cat who became famous after being appointed as senior pest controller has died at the age of 12.
Felix could be found on patrol at Huddersfield Station in West Yorkshire after she was recruited in 2011.
She became an internet hit after a passenger created a social media page devoted to her and she helped raise more than £240,000 for charity.
Angie Hunte, station manager, said Felix had "left her paw prints on many commuters' hearts".
Felix joined the TransPennine Express team when she was six weeks old.
She could be seen prowling the platforms in a bid to catch mice, while wearing a name badge and high-vis vest.
In 2019 she got her own apprentice, Bolt.
The pair have also featured in two Sunday Times bestselling books.
Ms Hunte said: “Her presence brought smiles to visitors from around the world, making Huddersfield Station a special place.”
She said she understood that "many people will want to honour Felix’s memory" and urged them to donate to charity in tribute to her.
A spokesperson said Felix died peacefully on Sunday after an illness.
