Man dies and another arrested after house disturbance

Emergency services were called to Brock Road in Pollok

A man has been arrested over the death of another man following a disturbance at a house in Glasgow.

Police were called to Brock Road in Pollok at about 01:00.

They found a 49-year-old man injured in the property and he was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he later died.

A 53-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident. Police say inquiries remain ongoing.
