Woman critical and children injured after crash

A woman in her 30s is in a critical condition after a two-vehicle crash in County Londonderry, police have said.
The collision, involving a black Volkswagen Golf and blue Volkswagen Tiguan, happened at the junction of Oaklee Road, Ballyronan, in Magherafelt on Sunday evening.
Officers attended the scene, alongside colleagues from other emergency services, after receiving a report at about 20:55 GMT.
Other occupants of the woman's car included a young child who was also injured and remains in a stable condition.
A male passenger in his 20s was unhurt .
The driver of the VW Tiguan, a woman aged in her 40s, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, as did two children who were also in the car.
The road was closed for a time but has since fully reopened.
Police have appealed for anyone with information or dashcam footage to contact them.
