Saltburn star Barry Keoghan has been cast in the upcoming Peaky Blinders film on Netflix.
The Birmingham-based movie will follow the infamous Shelby family into the Second World War.
Irish actor Keoghan, who is also known for his role The Banshees Of Inisherin, will be joined by Dune actress Rebecca Ferguson but their characters have not been announced.
The film goes into production later in 2024, at an undisclosed location in the city.
The original BBC period crime drama ran for six series from 2013 to 2022. It follows the rise of the Shelby family from after the First World War onwards.
It starred Oscar-winner, Cillian Murphy, who will return to his role as gangster Tommy Shelby.
Murphy, who will co-produce the film, said it was "one for the fans".
The show's creator, Steven Knight, will write and produce the new film. He previously said it would be an "explosive chapter" in the story with "no holds barred".
