Man seriously injured after skatepark punch

A man was knocked unconscious after being punched at a skatepark.
It happened in the skatepark, on Midsummer Meadow in Northampton, between 19:15 and 19:40 BST on Saturday.
Police said the man, in his 30s, was "punched, resulting in him falling to the floor and becoming unconscious". He remained in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
"There were a lot of people at the skate park at the time of the attack and detectives are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them," Northamptonshire Police added.
