Two people have been arrested after a man was injured in a stabbing.
The victim, in his 50s, was attacked on Dugdale Street in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, at about 21:00 BST on Tuesday.
He was taken to hospital after paramedics found him with a potentially serious wound to his back.
Police said a 41-year-old woman from Nuneaton and a man, 60, of no fixed address, had been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remained in custody.
