Girl, 16, dies in crash on country road

A 16-year-old girl has died in a crash on a country road.
Wiltshire Police officers were called to a single-vehicle crash involving a Renault Clio between Bushton and Hilmarton at about 21:45 BST on Thursday.
The 16-year-old girl, from Royal Wootton Bassett, was a rear passenger in the car and died at the scene.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving but has since been released under investigation, police said.
Police officers appealed for witnesses to the crash and anyone with dashcam footage to contact them.
