Students from a theatre school are set to perform a series of dance and musical routines on stage at Disneyland Paris.

A group of 38 youngsters from Top Hat Theatre School in Dallington, Northampton successfully auditioned to secure a spot on the park’s Videopolis stage during the October half-term.

Phoebe and Darcy, both 13, said they were "so excited" about the upcoming performance.

Schools from across Europe will be performing throughout the week.

Top Hat Principal Julia McKenna said the audition process was difficult with judges giving the students "very honest feedback"

The student's performances will consist of six different routines showcasing a range different dance styles, as well as musical theatre.

Darcy and Phoebe both have ambitions to be in the West End.

"I've been to Disneyland Paris before but this time is going to be the best," Darcy said.

"I'm more of a musical theatre girlie so I will be doing Happily Ever After, which is really cute".

"Top Hat Principal Julie McKenna added: "It's really nice to see young talent performing. These kids have no fear, they are awesome."
