Two men have been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life following a fire at a takeaway in Holloway.

The Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade were called at 03:50 GMT on Thursday to Seven Sisters Road.

Five people were taken to hospital for treatment after suffering the effects of smoke inhalation.

The force said two men were taken into custody then released on bail. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
