A 10-year-old boy had to be rescued by firefighters after his leg got stuck in a storm drain.
Firefighters in Harrogate used small tools to release the boy and reunite him with his mother, a North Yorkshire Fire & Recue Service spokesperson said.
The incident took place on Jenny Field Drive at about 18:00 BST on Monday.
It is unclear how the boy, who was released unharmed, became trapped. The fire service spokesperson said such incidents were uncommon.
