Man badly injured after attack with weapons

A man has been left with serious injuries after he was attacked with weapons in his Plymouth home, police have said.
The attack was carried out by "several males" on Blandford Road in the Efford area at about 00:30 BST.
He was taken to hospital with a serious head and arm injury, police said.
Officers did not elaborate on the type of weapons used in the attack.
Police said officers were in the area speaking to residents and combing through CCTV footage to try and identify the suspects.
