Emergency workers partially closed a section of the M25 after a second collision in two days.

The latest incident took place at junction 28 of the motorway near Brentwood, Essex, on Friday morning.

Two lanes were closed on the anti-clockwise route with delays reaching up to 45 minutes, National Highways said. Traffic was released at about 07:35 BST.

It followed a collision at the same spot on Thursday, which saw two people taken to hospital after a crash involving three lorries and a van.
