Malvern Council House is set for a revamp, with a range of minor repairs planned for the Grade II* listed building.
It is used as offices for Malvern Hills District Council and also as a wedding venue.
In addition to the repairs, decorating is planned throughout the site, formerly known as Priory Mansion.
Council planning officer Clare Bull said the most invasive work would be to open up a fixed closed window on the first floor.
Parts of the conservatory that were repaired about a decade ago using softwood will are expected to be replaced with hardwood.
An application for the works was approved by the local authority's planning committee on Thursday.
This news was gathered by the Local Democracy Reporting Service which covers councils and other public service organisations.
