Appeal to trace relatives of 77-year-old man

A council is appealing to any relatives of a 77-year-old man who died recently to come forward.

Anthony Newton had been living in a care home in Wolverhampton since last year after, it's believed, in the Fordhouses and Low Hill areas of the city before that.

The council said it would like people to get in touch to help make funeral arrangements.

Anyone who is related to or was a friend of Mr Newton, or has any information which may help trace his relatives, is asked to contact City of Wolverhampton Council.
