Man charged with two attempted kidnappings

A man has been charged with attempting to kidnap two females in Walsall.

The suspect, aged 24 and from the town, will appear at Wolverhampton magistrates' court on Wednesday.

West Midlands Police said he had been charged with two attempted kidnaps, two offences of aggravated bodily harm and one of sexual assault.

It followed two separate incidents in the town in which a 17-year-old girl and a woman in her twenties were approached by a man.
