Light Night Worcester returned on Wednesday for two evenings of dazzling artwork.

The displays include colourful interactive installations.

This year's programme is the fifth Light Night to take place in the city centre and is on from 18:00 GMT until 21:00 GMT on Thursday.

The event is free and suitable for all ages.

Those attending have been advised to arrive slightly later in the evening following long queues for indoor exhibits.

Laura Worsfold, CEO of Severn Arts which is putting on the event, told BBC Hereford & Worcester: “We were really pleased with the number of people who came along to Light Night [on Wednesday].

"We have had lots of positive comments about the artwork, and it has been brilliant to see so many of our local community getting involved in the Glowing and Growing installation and People’s Popup Pavilion."
