A man has been arrested after police found an ice cream tub filled with cocaine during a raid at a flat in Nottinghamshire.

Officers searched the property in London Road, Newark, on 29 November after being alerted to concerns about drug dealing.

As well as the container, they found cash and weighing scales.

Nottinghamshire Police said a 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of intent to supply a Class A and Class B drug and has been released on bail while investigations continue.
