MP delighted as rural Post Office services saved

An MP has said he is "delighted" that three rural Post Office services will remain open.
Stuart Anderson wrote to the Post Office after it announced planned closures in Clunton, Clunbury and Aston Munslow in Shropshire, due to low customer usage.
Mr Anderson, the new Conservative MP for South Shropshire, said he had since received news that the services would remain.
"Having these rural services is key for a 700 sq mile constituency, it's very remote and not everybody has access to the services they need," he said.
The sites were due to shut on 5 August, with a mobile service offered instead.
"To travel further afield isn’t always viable for people," he told BBC Radio Shropshire.
He added that he would campaign to see that the sites would not be closed in the future.
"I was a little concerned that this hadn’t gone out to consultation first, in the future if these issues are raised, I’d like to be consulted."
"I will push to see that they [Post Office] do understand the rural communities."
