Two more arrested on suspicion of man's murder

Another two men have been arrested on suspicion of murdering a 28-year-old.

Craig Yorke died from stab wounds in Eldon Lane, near Bishop Auckland in County Durham, on Saturday.

An 18-year-old man and two boys, aged 17 and 16, were arrested on the same day and later charged with his murder.

Durham Police has now said two more men, aged 20 and 18, were arrested on Tuesday afternoon and remain in custody.

The two men are set to be interviewed by officers.

A woman was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender following Mr Yorke's death and has since been released on bail with conditions.

A man who was arrested along with the three people on Saturday had since been released and faced no further action, Durham Police said.
