The plans include a mix of different sized homes

Developers have submitted plans to build 128 affordable homes on fields in St Peter's Village in Jersey.
Plans for the site on three fields include 13 four-bed and 95 three-bed homes.
Forge Developments want to build a mixed estate with 55% affordable homes for sale and 45% earmarked for affordable rent.
The application also includes a shared open space, bike parking, and changes to the road layout - including making part of La Verte Rue easier for people to walk on.
The developers said the scheme took into account "local housing demands" with a variety of homes to suit different household sizes.
It will also include eight two-bedroom bungalows, if approved.
In their design statement, Godel Architects said the development had been designed to respect the "rural character and heritage" of St Peter's Village.
Proposals also include 205 parking spaces and each property will have an electric bike charging socket.
The scheme includes a play area and a covered pavilion to provide shelter.
If the plan is approved, a bus stop will also be relocated to serve the estate.
