Dozens of people had to be led to safety after they became stuck on a seaside amusement ride when it malfunctioned.
Lincolnshire Police confirmed that about 25 passengers had been safely rescued from the ride.
There were no reports of any injuries and the attraction's operator, Bottons, has been approached for comment.
One boy told the BBC he was stuck for almost two hours and described the experience as "really scary".
Shane, who was visiting the resort with his family, was on the ride at the time it broke down.
"Basically, the cars were banging into each other and then I looked behind and I got bashed into and it really hurt," he said.
"It was really scary.
"Everything was going up and down and then I started hearing people screaming and seeing cars being bashed into each other."
He said the ride then came to a stop and he had a long wait to be rescued, and could see his mum crying below him.
Shane said he was relieved it was all over and was "happy" to get off.
Emergency services were called to the attraction at 15:30 BST.
A fire spokesperson added the ride was stuck about four metres (13ft) from the ground.
It is yet to be confirmed which attraction malfunctioned, but a number of people, including children, were pictured on the ride.
