Man charged with possessing imitation firearm

A man has been charged with possession of an imitation firearm after a video circulated on social media on Monday night.
Habeeb Khan, 49, who was arrested at his home in Sparkbrook on Thursday, was also charged with sending a communication threatening death or serious harm and homophobic abuse.
West Midlands Police said the arrest was part of an investigation into disorder.
Mr Khan will appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Friday.
