Three in hospital after crash closed A96

The crash happened on Tuesday afternoon

Three people were taken to hospital after a crash closed the A96 in both directions in Moray.

Police said the two-vehicle accident happened between Alves and Elgin.

It was reported at about 13:00 on Tuesday, at the junction with the B9013.

Police Scotland said three people were taken to Dr Gray's Hospital in Elgin, and that the road later re-opened.
