Police have issued a warning after vaccines for babies and children were stolen from a GP surgery.

Riverside Medical Practice, on Alma Street, in Stockton, on Teesside, was broken into on Saturday at about 10:00 GMT, Cleveland Police said.

A spokesman for the force said: "[Officers] want to warn the public about buying or using these products without proper medical advice or administration."
