A man has been convicted after a series of frauds at bank branches across the UK, totalling more than £25,000.

Joseph Mason, aged 47 from Wolverhampton, was charged with nine counts of fraud and appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Friday.

He pled guilty to all offences and will be sentenced on 12 December.

It comes after about £25,000 was fraudulently taken from nine bank branches, in locations including Birmingham, Stoke, Oxford and Liverpool, between 5 February and 9 April this year.
