Murder charge as man found dead near water tower

A 26-year-old has been charged with murder over the death of a man whose body was found near a water tower.
Police said they were called to a disused building near Shelton Water Tower in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, shortly before 12:00 BST on Friday.
Adam Rowson, of no fixed abode, was due to appear at Telford Magistrates' Court on Monday.
West Mercia Police said although formal identification had not yet taken place, it believed the man found dead was 45-year-old Alexis De Naray, from Shrewsbury.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
A second man, 21, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released on bail, police said.
