Man charged after telecommunication lines damaged

A man has been charged with criminal damage after telecommunications lines in Falmouth were damaged.
Devon and Cornwall Police was called at 19:00 GMT on Saturday with reports of damage to cables in the area of Church Street.
Jarrod Westlake, 34, of no fixed abode, Falmouth, is due to appear at Bodmin Magistrates' Court later.
Police said the damage affected "a number of people".
