Shop worker hit in the face during robbery

A member of staff was injured during a robbery at a shop in Gloucester, police have said.
Gloucestershire Police said the incident happened at around 07:15 GMT on 16 January at the store on Seventh Avenue in Tuffley.
Two men wearing face coverings and dark-coloured clothing entered the shop and stole packets of cigarettes and tobacco from behind the counter.
The staff member needed treatment by paramedics after being hit in the face, but did not have to go to hospital.

The stolen items were put into large containers before the men fled the scene in what is believed to be a silver or grey Audi A3.
Officers have released images of two men they want to speak to in connection with the incident.

Anyone who was driving in the area at the time of the incident and has dashcam footage of the vehicle is asked to make contact with police.
Officers are also keen to hear from anyone who lives nearby and has any CCTV footage which could help the investigation.
