Man arrested after motorcyclist dies in crash

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and possession of an offensive weapon following a crash involving a car and a motorcycle.

Crews were called at about 12:20 BST on Monday to reports of a collision between an Audi A5 and a Harley-Davidson on Lelley Road, at the junction with Sproatley Road, near Preston.

Humberside Police said the biker, named as 68-year-old Stephen Coulson, died at the scene.

The arrested man, aged 22, was released from custody as officers continue to investigate the crash.

The force asked witnesses or anyone with CCTV or relevant dashcam footage to contact officers.
