British Transport Police believe this woman could help an investigations into a dog bite

Police are appealing for help after a young girl was bitten by an "out of control" dog.

Officers from British Transport Police released an image of a woman who they believe can help with their investigation.

It happened on a train between Higham, near Rochester, and Gravesend railway station at 13:50 BST on 27 August.

The girl was bitten on the hand by what police believe was a "dangerous" dog.
