A 32-year-old man charged with causing the deaths of a father and son in a car crash in County Armagh has been refused bail at the Court of Appeal.
Peter and Loughlin Devlin died at the scene of the two-car collision outside the village of Killylea on 27 December.
Ivan Petrov is also charged with causing serious injury to Peter's wife Ursula.
The Bulgarian national, whose address was given as Newry Road, Armagh, said he was suffering from a diabetic blackout at the time of the incident.
Other family members, including a young child, were also injured in the crash.
In court on Monday, Lady Chief Justice Siobhan Keegan said a bail application was premature and that Mr Petrov was a flight risk.
