Third man charged after fire at asylum accommodation

A man in his 20s has been charged in connection with a fire at a building housing people applying for international protection in Drogheda, County Louth.
Five people, including four children, had to be rescued from the building during the blaze on 31 October.
Gardaí (Irish police) previously arrested two men, both in their 20s, who have since been charged with arson offences.
A fourth man, who is in his 40s, who was arrested in Drogheda on Tuesday morning in connection with the incident and remains in custody.
Gardaí continue to appeal for anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
