People in an area of Devon have been urged to stay away after a "major cliff fall", the coastguard has said.

Beer Coastguard Rescue Team said there was still debris falling from the cliff east of the River Axe in Seaton, near the Axe cliff golf course.

The team said people should "stay clear of the area", and added the beach had been checked either side and no-one had been injured.

They added people should not climb or walk over the debris and "stay clear".
