Man, 23, charged following fatal crash

A 23 year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a fatal crash in 2022.
The man, from Bridgnorth, Shropshire, has also been charged with perverting the course of justice.
A 59 year-old man died in the collision on the A417, Burley Gate, Herefordshire, on 23 September 2022.
The accused is due to appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on 6 November.
