A large number of racing pigeons have died in a suspected arson attack on sheds in Surrey.

Police said the two sheds in Beards Road, Ashford, were "deliberately" set alight in the early hours of 4 July.

The racing pigeons were in one of the sheds.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
