Man arrested after sexual assault on teenager

Police said the sexual assault took place in the Morrisons car park, off Oxford Street

Police say a man has been arrested after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted in a supermarket car park.
The attack happened at about 21:30 BST on 28 April outside Morrisons in Wellingborough.
Northamptonshire Police said a man approached the girl at the Swansgate Centre and walked with her to the supermarket.
Detectives have been questioning a 44-year-old man, who has been released on conditional bail.
Northamptonshire Police said the girl was sitting outside the shopping centre on Midland Road when she was approached by a man.
They walked along Midland Road, then down Commercial Way and along the paths outside the council offices to Morrisons in Oxford Street.
Police said she was then subjected to a sexual assault before she was able to leave.

Officers have appealed, external for anyone who was in the area at the time to come forward.
They are particularly interested in relevant dashcam footage from the supermarket car park.
