Detectives investigating a rape among the ruins of an old manor house are renewing their appeal for information a year on from the attack.

The victim, in her 30s, was attacked by a man in the grounds of Minster Lovell Hall, Oxfordshire on 28 October 2023 between 20:20 and 22:00 BST.

Officers are keen to track down two or three men, described as white and aged in their late teens to early 20s, who approached the offender at the time.

A man was arrested on suspicion of rape shortly after the attack and released under investigation.

Investigating officer Det Con Charlotte Norman said: "Despite happening a year ago, we are still investigating this distressing rape as we are determined to get justice for the victim.

"I am specifically trying to identify the two or three young males that interrupted the offender so if this was you or you know who they were, please come forward.

"I am appealing for anyone with information, no matter how small, to come forward."
