A Bradford City supporter has been handed a three-year ban after making a racist comment on social media.

The League One club said the fan would be unable to attend home and away games as a result.

A spokesperson said the same supporter had also admitted taking pyrotechnics to an away fixture this season.

They added: "The club would like to reiterate its zero-tolerance policy towards such abhorrent behaviour, and condemns the actions of the individual in question in the strongest possible manner."
